Mr. Trbovich graduated in 1988 from Skidmore College, receiving his B.S. He graduated in 1990 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, receiving his M.S. in Economics. He has also obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1997 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Admitted to the New York Bar in 1997, and federal court in 2002, Mr. Trbovich has established ten years of proven experience. He has focused his practice areas to DUI/DWI, criminal defense and traffic violations. Mr. Trbovich handles misdemeanors, felonies and appeals. Many of the cases can involve complicated issues such as illegal stops, suppression of blood alcohol tests, re-opening of prior convictions, permanent revocation of licenses and violations of probation, etc.
