Seth J Seegert serves as Associate Attorney to the Law Offices of Thomas D Trbovich, and brings his significant experience as a former Assistant District Attorney who prosecuted DWI’s to the firm’s DWI defense cases.

Professional Expertise – Seth is a former Assistant District Attorney (2006 – 2009) who has prosecuted hundreds of DWI’s as well as a variety of criminal matters including sexual misconduct, animal cruelty, and witness intimidation. Seth is a member of the National DUI College and the NYS Defenders Association.

Education – Seth attended Law School at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, and graduated in 2005. He previously graduated from Rhodes College, Memphis, TN. in 2002 and attended Pettit College of Law as a Public Interest Summer Fellow in 2003.
