Rita Los

Rita Los graduated from Ashland University with a BA magna cum laude. She then attended the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University, again graduating magna cum laude. Rita practice privately practiced law before being appointed to the positon of  New York State Admininstrative Law Judge.

She spent almost 25 years working for the Department of Motor Vehicles, where she presided over approximately 50,000 traffic violation matters and 20,000 alcohol related matters.  Rita has a tremendous knowledge of  traffic law and Department of Motor Vehicles procedures and policies.

Rita is a member of the New York State Bar and Erie County Bar Associations. She has lectured various group of judges, attorneys, and court clerks in Motor Vehicle laws, policies and procedures.

Upon her retirement as an Administrative Law Judge in October,  2010, Rita joined the Trbovich Law Firm where she serves as Managing Attorney.
